- #40HoursAndAbike: Wecycle Atlanta's signature earn a bicycle program that teaches youth our W.H.E.E.L.S. model while learning cycling and agricultural education.
Donors give tax-free financial or material support to the organization through our 501 (c) 3 status. Gifts may come in the form of bicycles, tools and equipment, currency, catering for events, distribution materials, or any like resources. Donors may be sporadic givers or pledged donors.
Interested in volunteering or donating with WeCycle Atlanta?There are two ways you can contribute to the movement: by donating bicycles and bicycle necessities (bike parts, tools, etc) and by volunteering. You can donate or volunteer at any time. In so doing, volunteers receive special benefits such as discounted prices and extended shop hours. The role of a volunteer is to devote a set amount of unpaid time to the organization. Volunteer time can be spent doing any of a variety of tasks which may include but are not limited to: bike maintenance, bike riding instruction, bike transport, printing and distributing information, helping customers, and manning tables. Volunteers may be regular or sporadic, but regular volunteers have the option of becoming core members of WeCycle Atlanta.
